- Search for available units that fit prospects requirements
- Able to travel throughout the Greater Orlando area and show available units
Qualifications
- Must have a Florida Real Estate License
- Strong sales skills a must
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Able to work part-time on weekends
- Complying with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances
- Previous leasing experience and/or real estate experience a plus
